“How do I feel/perceive movement”: why is it helpful to feel and be (partially) aware of how you execute a movement? How do you feel movement, what do you feel, what do you not feel and (maybe) why? What does that to the way you teach or treat other people’s bodies? Introduction to Feldenkrais™ as an example of a practical method to improve your self-perception and awareness and so the quality of your movements and teaching. Mainly practical workshop, about 2 hours.
Goals: understand why self-perception is important in your work with others. Good for everyone who wants to improve somehow. Musicians: bring your instrument!
